1. Scope & Site Discovery
Confirm objectives, review site constraints, and define scope, assumptions, and deliverables clearly. Capture drawings, measurements, and approvals, then align stakeholders on required outcomes early.
2. Design, Cost & Method Alignment

3. Plan, Procure & Mobilise
